An end mill is a type of cutter in the manufacturing industry. It is a tool used in various industrial milling executions. It is well known for its drill bit in geometry, manufacture and application. Actually, a drill bit can be cut to an axial direction only, but milling bit can cut all kinds of directions. Every end mill is also used in all machining applications, such as plunging, face milling, tracer and profile ones.

Actually, there are different purposes and importance of machining in the industry. The machining technique is usually used to machine and produce workpieces made from cutting materials. Every machine can also be classified as electric drive motors, coolant systems, power operated table feeds, and variable spindle speeds.

Most of the methods are also common in the machining operations. It can be used for the edge finishing, material removal and face finishing. There are also some parameters that can affect the forces on every cutter. These parameters are every forces can also be unpredictable and results may vary from the large variations of products.

The operation process removes all materials by performing any small cuts. Basically, this is also accomplished with the use of the teeth, spinning cutters at high speed or the combination of these approaches. Speed can be measured the length of the material for every full revolution of the cutter.

Actually, there are various types of cutting equipment and tools used in every engine or machining center in the performance of the operations. Usually, they are removing the materials by a certain movement of machines and directly from the shape of the cutters. This process is a common way to remove the metal in the industrial procedures.

It is used on different industries, especially in the aerospace and automotive. The quality is also a vital factor to consider in the entire production process. The quality of the surface is very important for a quality machined surface and may improve corrosion resistance and creep life. The surface finish of the product will also depend on the experience of the operator and the machining environment.

Thus, there is a great need for a certain development of simulation systems that is capable of predicting a certain surface finish of the workpiece and may optimize the cutting conditions. Actually, the process is very beneficial to all industries, especially in the manufacturing companies. This is because most of them find it efficient and effective for their operations and can simplify the process of production.
